Jennifer has worked in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, and has been a Mortgage Loan Officer with Directions Credit Union since May 2003. Her knowledge and experience in the ever changing mortgage industry, has allowed her to help many members over the last 15+ years finance the purchase of a new home, refinance an existing home, and new construction lending. Jennifer is experienced in all types of mortgage loans but Construction financing is her specialty.

Jennifer was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, is a graduate of Whitmer High School, and Heidelberg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

During her tenure with Directions, Jennifer has enjoyed and continues to appreciate the opportunity to help members find their “Direction” to the perfect mortgage product.

Chris has been involved in the credit union marketplace for 20+ years. This experience has resulted in a deep understanding of the relationship between a credit union and its members. When asked to elaborate on this relationship, Chris replied “You – the member – own the credit union and deserve the utmost attention and service when applying for a mortgage loan. My background allows me to see and deliver that special experience.”

During his tenure with Directions Credit Union, Chris has worked with members seeking new home construction loans, refinance loans, first time home buyer loans, as well as conventional mortgages. This experience has earned him a valuable network of contacts in the mortgage and housing industry. In addition to this, he holds an active Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance license.

Chris was born and raised in the Toledo, Ohio area. A business graduate of The University of Toledo, Chris also takes an active role in multiple charitable organizations and in his free time enjoys the outdoors.

Randy has been originating mortgage loans for 25 years; 11 of those years have been with Directions Credit Union.  During these 25 years, Randy has developed the knowledge necessary to help members navigate through the mortgage loan process - especially in the areas of New Construction, First Time Home Buyers, Purchases and Refinances.

Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Randy graduated from the University of Toledo specializing in Finance and previously held the office of president of the local Mortgage Bankers Association.

An active sports lover, Randy enjoys supporting his children through their own sporting activities as well as participating in his own.  One interesting fact about Randy is that he has continued his own sports career as a player in the Roy Hobbs baseball league since 2009.

Kimberly has a wealth of knowledge to share with over 2 decades of mortgage experience.  She started out as a builder representative for one of Ohio’s largest home builders and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” from the Builder Industry Association.  From there, Kimberly started her own mortgage company representing credit unions in the Columbus, Ohio area. 

After meeting her husband and moving to the Toledo area, Kimberly started working for Directions CU as a mortgage loan originator.  Specializing in construction loans as well as purchase and refinance business, Kimberly has become a valuable part of the Directions’ mortgage team.

In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys running, cycling, cooking and spending time with her family.

Pam is a veteran mortgage lender with 20+ years’ experience.  She has remained in the industry because of her love of helping potential homeowner’s through this very important, and exciting process.  “I consider it an honor” Pam explained “to work with all members, and find the challenge of helping a 1^st time homebuyer through the detailed process, rewarding. “

Pam was born in the Hoosier State of Indiana and in her spare time she enjoys being with her grandchildren.
