Manage Your Business Accounts with The Business Portal

Directions Credit Union offers an online and mobile platform - Business Portal - for our business members. This platform allows you to better manage your business accounts with the following features: 

  • Enrolling - When you are ready to get started with Online Banking Business Portal, ask your service representative to get you in touch with Business Services. They will help you enroll in Online Banking and walk you through the tools and services available. 
  • Additional Online Banking Users - Your online banking access will start with an Administrator as the person assigned to work within Online Banking. Your Administrator can add users and grant the desired access rights to each user. 
  • ACH - Allows you to set up debits and credits between your business account and other accounts - both internal and external accounts.
  • Wires - Submit wires for processing directly through Online Banking.

If you are interested in enrolling in Business Portal, please email [email protected] , call customer service, or stop by any branch office  to request enrollment. A Master Treasury Management Service Agreement will need to be completed and signed to complete enrollment.
