Our online and mobile platforms continue to remain offline. Our team is working diligently to get it back up and running. In the meantime, please be assured that our core banking system is not impacted. Branch locations, ATMs, and our Debit and Credit Cards are fully functional.
All automatic deposits, ACH payments, and scheduled bill payments are being processed as normal. You can also check your balance at most ATMs. We have extended our Call Center hours, starting Tuesday, March 16th, through Friday, March 19th. The Call Center hours will be 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Please note, due to the high call volume, wait times may be longer than usual.
