Directions continues to work hard to serve our members during this difficult time. Like you, we are closely monitoring the ongoing developments related to the coronavirus and remain focused on the well-being of our members and employees.

Directions lobbies will be open “by appointment only” beginning

Thursday, March 19, 2020.

Drive-thru service will remain open with extended hours

Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
Saturday 8:30am- Noon

Why are we making this change?

The risk of the spread of infection between members standing in line waiting for service or between employees and members being served will grow assuming COVID-19 becomes more prevalent in our communities. Making this change to limit lobby traffic will greatly lessen that risk, and also complies with government guidance to limit groups of 10 or more persons.

Will other services still be available?

Our online and mobile banking services are available for members who want to check balances, transfer money, pay bills and apply for a loan or credit card. Your cash needs can be taken care of at an ATM or in our drive-thrus.

Directions payments and deposits can be placed in the night drop 24 hours a day.

Please be assured that we have activated our well-established business continuity plans and are focused on continuing business operations through this evolving situation. We want to assure you that Directions has had no interruptions to our business operations. A significant portion of our employees are working from home and where it’s required to have staff in the office, we have taken precautions to help keep them safe.

Branch Updates & Closures

Hawley Branch – CLOSED – Teamster Local 20 is closing their building to foot traffic due to the COVID-19. As a result, our Hawley Branch located inside the Teamster Building will remain closed until further notice.

Owens Corning WHQ Branch (Closed to the public) – CLOSED

Lourdes University Branch – CLOSED

Tremainsville branch – Open for appointments only 9:00am-5:00pm Mon-Friday, 9am-Noon on Saturday
