Protecting Members and Employees

Directions is pleased to welcome our members back into the lobbies. The safety of our employees and our members continues to be a top priority. Therefore, the following procedures have been put in place:

  • Employees will be wearing face masks to keep you safe; we ask that you do the same for them. Please note, that we are required to comply with any official mandates that require face masks in designated counties.
  • Practice social distancing by keeping 6 ft from each other
  • Protective screens have been installed at the teller lines and in private offices.
  • Additional cleaning procedures have been implemented at each branch location.
  • To adhere to mandated occupancy limits, it may be necessary to limit the number of persons allowed into the lobby at a time.

If you need to meet with one of our desk personnel, we will continue to take appointments via our online appointment tool. Making an appointment will greatly help to minimize your wait time!

Economic Stimulus Payments

Congress passed the CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act) in March 2020, making many U.S. taxpayers eligible for a tax rebate from the federal government. Eligible recipients may receive the rebate directly through a deposit into the bank account used on their tax return. Other eligible recipients may receive a check.

For the most up-to-date information including whether you’re eligible, how you’ll get paid and when you’ll receive payment, visit “Get My Payment”.

If you receive a rebate check, and you have a Directions Credit Union account, you can deposit your check at one of our drive-thru locations or skip the line and deposit your check using the night drop box, one of our conveniently located ATMs, or with our remote check deposit tool located on our Mobile App.
