Directions continues to work hard to serve our members during this difficult time. Like you, we are closely monitoring the ongoing developments related to the coronavirus and remain focused on the well-being of our members and employees. We look forward to returning to normal branch operations when it is safe for our members and employees. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and thank you for your support.
We are here to help if you are impacted by COVID-19 and in need of financial assistance. Directions has a variety of programs to assist and support you during this difficult time.
Economic Stimulus Payments
Congress passed the CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act) in March 2020, making many U.S. taxpayers eligible for a tax rebate from the federal government. Eligible recipients may receive the rebate directly through a deposit into the bank account used on their tax return. Other eligible recipients may receive a check.
For the most up-to-date information including whether you're eligible, how you'll get paid and when you'll receive payment, visit "Get My Payment".
If you receive a rebate check, and you have a Directions Credit Union account, you can deposit your check at one of our drive-thru locations or skip the line and deposit your check using the night drop box, one of our conveniently located ATMs, or with our remote check deposit tool located on our Mobile App.
