Board of Directors Voting

As an owner of Directions Credit Union, it's not only your credit union right to vote for our volunteered-based Board of Directors, it's your duty.  This is one of the fundamental differences between credit unions and banks.  The election opens January 1, 2017 and closes on March 17, 2017.

This year you will be able to vote either electronically (internet) or by telephone.  In accordance with the credit union’s bylaws, primary accountholder’s 16 years of age or older are eligible to vote.   Please vote only once.
  • Electronic Voting:   The electronic voting will be administered by CUBallot, an independent, secure website.  Just click https://directions.cuballot.com to begin and follow the instructions.
  • Telephone Voting:  Telephone voting allows members to cast votes by dialing a toll-free number 1.855.907.3136.  Simply follow the instructions.

2017 Annual “Connect with Directions”

Directions Credit Union is proud to be one of the largest Credit Unions in the state of Ohio.   Our credit union family has grown to over 75,000 members and is spread throughout the state of Ohio, Southeastern MI, and beyond.   With this growth, we realize that the traditional Annual Meeting we’ve held in Toledo each March is not accessible for most of our members.   For this reason, we have changed the format of our annual meeting.  We would like to invite you to attend one of the following sessions to learn about all of the exciting things happening at your credit union.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions and meet with senior management and representatives from the board.   Cookies and light refreshments will be served.
