Directions Credit Union is proud to offer a comprehensive benefit package to all full and part-time employees.
Our benefit package for full time employees includes Health, Life and Long Term Disability insurance, and an optional Dental & Vision program, with eligibility commencing on the first of the month following 30 days after the employee’s date of hire.
Directions Credit Union also offers paid Holidays and paid time off (PTO).
Our 401(k) Retirement Plan is available to eligible employees after the completion of 6 months of service with a company match.
